(Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Colombard)Field Recordings, Paso Robles, CaliforniaSuper bright, fresh, and crushable sparkler from the Central Coast. Lots of green apples, lemon, and herbs. Blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Colombard. % Organic. Grapes are direct-pressed and fermented in stainless steel with wild yeasts. At only .% ABV, its perfect for any time of day!

Sebastian Van de Sype, Emilia-Romagna, Castelvetro di Modina, Italy, This Lambrusco is made from Salamino and Marani Grapes, resulting in a vibrant ruby red color and a pleasant violet aroma. Strong fruity notes, a rich effervescence, and a dry finish make this a perfect pair with our pizzas.

Mongarda, Veneto, Italy, A delicious Prosecco, extremely food-friendly. Wonderful aromatics, tart citrus fruit, soaring acidity. Pairs well with one of our pizzas or with a light salad. A killer value; this is not to be confused with your cheap mimosa prosecco.

(Montepulciano)Passione Natura, Abruzzo, Italy, Passione Natura ("Passion in Nature") is a project born between Eric Narioo and a group of independent organic/ biodynamic farmers in Abruzzo. The vineyards are amongst the highest peaks of Southern Italy, in the commune of Popoli, a remote mountain town surrounded by glaciers within Italy's largest national park. Medium-bodied and full of red fruit & dried herbs with moderate tannins; it makes a perfect pizza wine.

(Barbera, Syrah, Carignan, Dolcetto) Broc Cellars, Notes of Red Vines, Black Plum, and Charcuterie. "This is a great go-to red that smartly walks the tightrope of pensive structure with lighthearted fruit. " Fermented in stainless steel tanks, pressed and then aged in a mixture of stainless steel tank, concrete and neutral French oak barrique, every vintage is quite different from the last.

(Arnies, Mosctao Bianco)Poderi Cellario, Piedmont, ItalyNotes of white tea, lemon pith, with a slight effervescence. Unfiltered, & hand-harvested into small bins. Spontaneous fermentation with days skin maceration. Aged in amphora for to months until bottling. Pairs perfectly with spicier and slightly bitter dishes.

Bellande, Willamette Valley, Oregon, Produced by Bee and Ross Maloof, of Maloof wines, which grows its own grapes in the No Clos Radio vineyard, but also sources fruit from some of the best organic vineyards in Oregon. This wine is made from fruit from two organic vineyards in the Willamette Valley, fermented using native yeasts and aged on the lees in neutral French oak. Expect a dry and light wine with notes of mandarin, ginger, white flowers, and a bit of spice.

(Chardonnay)Paolo e Noemia dAmico, Lazio, Central Italy Notes of citrus fruit, apricot, white pepper and yellow flowers aroma. DAmico wines are heavily influenced by the ancient volcanic landscape of Viano, from the soil to the cellars, which are made out of the local volcanic Tufo stone. Aged months in stainless steel tanks; about months in bottle.

We worked with the team at Brighter Days to create a signature Talula's scent that smells fresh & earthy with a sprinkle of pizza dough.Candles are handmade in NJ with % natural soy wax, and organic crackling wicks (!), and are vegan & non-toxic. Notes: Little grain, salt & pepper, patchouli, smoke
